Refund and cancellation policy

We want every client to feel good about paying us. This policy explains what happens if you change your mind. It applies to purchases made through our online checkout.

Before we start work

If you ask to cancel before we begin work on your project, we refund your payment in full. Work begins when we confirm your launch timeline after receiving your intake form.

Launch This Page ($497)

Once work has begun, the $497 launch fee is non-refundable. It is credited in full toward any website package you purchase within 60 days.

Website packages paid in full

After work begins, refunds are prorated for work not yet completed. Once your site is launched, the package fee is non-refundable.

Monthly website plans

Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum term, then continue month to month until you cancel. If you cancel during the minimum term, the remaining monthly payments for that term become due. After the minimum term, you can cancel anytime and billing stops at the end of the current month. One-time setup fees are refundable only before work begins.

Website Care plans

Care plans have no minimum term. Cancel anytime and billing stops at the end of the current billing period. We don't issue partial-month refunds.

How to request a refund or cancel

Reply to any email from us or use the contact form on our homepage with your name and the email you paid with. We respond within one business day, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
