How we handle submitted information

LaunchPoint AI collects the contact and website information you voluntarily submit to respond to your request, conduct the requested website review, and communicate about relevant services.

Information collected

This may include your name, business name, email, optional phone number, website address, goals, and technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver the requested audit, manage follow-up, improve services, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. LaunchPoint AI does not sell personal information.

AI website generator

When you use the website generator, the business name, industry, location, and notes you enter are sent to an AI model provider to write the preview copy. The generated preview is stored so it can be opened from its link, and anyone with that link can view it. Do not enter personal or confidential information into the generator.

Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting (Netlify), payments (Stripe), email delivery, analytics, AI models (for the generator, website workups, and the Nova chat assistant), and customer management. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe; LaunchPoint AI never receives or stores your full card number.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information by replying to a LaunchPoint communication. You may opt out of marketing follow-up at any time using the unsubscribe link in any follow-up email.
